I find it overwhelmingly difficult to believe that people still feel comfortable giving themselves to foreigners roaming the streets with rusty, unsterilized nail cutting tools that have been used on thousands of others, regardless of their health status.
If you look closely, you’ll realize that it is mostly foreigners or immigrants involved in this practice, which makes you wonder whether there is a hidden agenda or some fishy scheme at play. HIV/AIDS has spiked to high levels in recent years, yet nobody seems to notice.
To tackle this issue, I suggest that the government should crack down hard on immigration and also set up initiatives to prevent migrant workers from starting these unsafe nail cutting businesses. There should also be educational campaigns to inform the general public about the dangers of allowing their nails to be cut by anyone who uses unsafe tools.
